A practical course for martial arts instructors, coaches, volunteers and club leaders. Learn how to build an inclusive culture, understand equality and equity, recognise discrimination and bias, make reasonable adjustments, use inclusive communication, respond to concerns and turn EDI principles into everyday practice. The course is suitable for a worldwide audience and uses the Equality Act 2010 in Great Britain as a key reference point; local law and organisational policy always take precedence. Approximate learning time: 3–4 hours. CPD Points: 10.
